JSC Travel distinguishes two types of booking
- Standard bookings (web form, e-mail, fax, letter)
- On-line bookings (instant payment with credit/debit card via web form)
Standard bookings
Booking method
Bookings are accepted in the written form only by web form, e-mail, fax, or letter.Rates
Rates are converted from fixed CZK (Czech Koruna) prices according to the current exchange rate. The booking confirmation always includes the total price in CZK.Payment
Individuals
Payment types (differs according to individual hotel's conditions):- Deposit payment
- Full advance payment
- Credit/debit card guarantee - if a client does not arrive at the hotel his/her card is charged the price of the first night of booked accommodation.
Groups (more than 14 persons)
The total cost is required to be paid at the latest one month prior to arrival (at selected hotels the 50% deposit has to be paid at the latest one month prior to arrival and the latter 50% has to be paid at the latest ten days prior to arrival).Payment methods

New Year's Eve term 26/Dec - 4/Jan
Bookings for the term 26 December till 4 January can be cancelled only till 20 November of the current year otherwise there is 100% cancellation fee.On-line bookings
Booking method, Payment method
The on-line booking can be made by a web form only. The total price of booked accommodation is paid instantly by client's credit/debit card VISA, or MasterCard (electronic credit/debit cards are not accepted). The client will be sent an e-mail confirmation which serves as a voucher. A printed result web page of successful booking can be used as a voucher as well.Security
The whole booking process is encrypted and secured with a SSL certificate from Thawte.Booking cancellations, Cancellation Fees
A reservation can be cancelled only in written form by e-mail [email protected], fax +420 220 806 912, or letter.
If we receive your written request to cancel the reservation untill 14:00 of the second day preceeding the day of arrival, there is no cancellation fee. When the reservation is cancelled after this term or in case of no-show (i.e. guest does not arrive) the amount of price for the first night of the booked accommodation will be deducted from the amount paid. The rest will be reimbursed to the account which was charged on a written demand.
